Our commitment to the development of a network of independent organizations selling SunSystems goes back a long way. The first authorized reseller for SunSystems was appointed in 1982. Our network now comprises over 200 solution partners in 70 countries.
These partners deliver, implement and support SunSystems for over 70% of our customers around the world - providing the local knowledge and industry expertise to maximize the benefits of SunSystems for our customers. We genuinely consider our Channel Partners an extension of our own business, and work closely with them to provide the service and support SunSystems customers expect.
In addition, we work hand-in-hand with leading consulting firms and systems integrators who choose SunSystems as a core ingredient within their 'pallet-based' solutions. The consistency achieved by combining a proven international product with implementation excellence guarantees repeatability and reusability.
Quality Control
We offer a standardized range of services called Professional Quality Implementation Services (PQIS) - delivered direct and through partners. In addition to Qualified Implementors, selected partners qualify as PQIS Accredited Service Providers, to ensure delivery of consistent, high quality services in all continents. Channel Partners are thoroughly trained in SunSystems applications and offer comprehensive consulting and implementation services to our clients.
