Our consultants work with customers to develop a core system, which includes all central (Group) requirements plus as many local requirements as feasible.
System rollout
This core system is then used as the basis for the implementation in the various offices in different countries. The PQIS implementation methodology provides all necessary standards and documentation guidelines to ensure the local implementing office/partner fully understands the scope of the core system. Then, they are able to quickly implement the system and complement it with additional local requirements.
